Our lead time for standard products is 2-3 days for shipping. However, for private label orders, the process takes 30-45 days.

As for barcodes, we currently don’t have UPC codes on our items because we are a family-owned small business. However, we’re planning to implement barcodes next year as we grow. Some of our rope toys, like the tug ropes, have hang tags, but others, such as the animal rope toys, do not. We’ve found that displaying the animal rope toys standing upright on shelves, rather than hanging them, makes it easier for customers to notice and appreciate their unique features.
